Introduction

Mrs Nguyen Thi Ha was a former Judge. She was appointed as the Judge of Thanh Tri District People’s Court (1996 – 2005), Judge of Hanoi City People’s Court (2005 – 2011). In November 2011, she was appointed as Deputy Chief Justice of Labor Court, under Hanoi People’s Court where she worked until retired.

With more than 20 years of vast experience in performing trials as a Judge, Mrs Ha has mastered full understanding of application practice of Vietnamese legal system in litigation process which strongly facilitating her to provide clients with objective and effective legal advice in accordance with reality of law practice. Mrs Nguyen Thi Ha is now in charge of providing consultancy services for clients of ATS Law Firm related to labor, civil matters, commercial transactions, legal compliance and dispute resolution at all levels of courts and arbitration.
