6 procedures of industry and trade sector prepare to implement on single window system
VCN – For chemicals declaration procedure, Ministry of Industry and Trade and General Department of Vietnam Customs (GDVC) has agreed on a technical plan and urgently built system in order to put into official operation on 25/11/2017.
Specifically, in 2017, Ministry of Industry and Trade coordinating with GDVC implement to connect 6 new administrative procedures to National Single Window including: procedure for granting import-export licenses for explosive precursor substances in industry; procedure for granting import-export licenses for precursor substances using in industry; declaration procedure for importing chemicals; import procedure for non-commercial purposes cigarette; procedure for requesting the issuance approval to participate pilot of self-certification of origin in ASEAN; procedure for informing import quotas of cigarette ingredient, tobacco paper.
Until now, chemicals declaration procedure has been already agreed on a technical method for launching officially on 25/11.
For 3 procedures: procedure for granting import-export licenses for explosive precursor substances in the industry; procedure for granting import-export licenses for precursor substances using in the industry; procedure for requesting the issuance approval to participate pilot of self-certification of origin in ASEAN. Ministry of Industry and Trade has completed the system of receiving dossier from National Single Window system.
For 2 procedures: import procedure for non-commercial purposes cigarette and procedure for informing import quotas of cigarette ingredient, tobacco paper. Ministry of Industry and Trade sent documents and process of the procedures to GDVC; already completed the system of online public services in Ministry of Industry and Trade.
Currently, the Ministry of Industry and Trade is continuing to coordinate with the GDVC to develop a pilot operation plan before putting into operation in 2017.
In 2016, the Ministry of Industry and Trade developed and put into operation 5 administrative procedures including: procedures for granting license for import-export of industrial explosives; licensing procedures for importing ozone-depleting substances; procedure for granting certificate of Kimberley process for rough diamonds; procedures for granting certificate of origin form D; procedure for granting automatic import license of motorcycles.
