NEW DECREE ON REGISTRATION FEE RATES FOR DOMESTICALLY MANUFACTURED AUTOMOBILES FROM JULY 01, 2023
The Government hereby issues Decree No. 41/2023/ND-CP prescribing registration fee rates for automobiles, trailers, or semi-trailers pulled by automobiles and vehicles like domestically manufactured and assembled automobiles.
Accordingly, from July 01, 2023, to the end of December 31, 2023: The registration fee rates are equal to 50% of those prescribed in the Government’s Decree No. 10/2022/ND-CP dated January 15, 2022, on registration fee; current resolutions of provincial-level People’s Councils or decisions of provincial-level People’s Committees on registration fee rates applied in localities; and amending, supplementing or replacing documents.
From January 1, 2024, onward: The registration fee rates must continue to comply with the Government’s Decree No. 10/2022/ND-CP dated January 15, 2022, on registration fee; current resolutions of provincial-level People’s Councils or decisions of provincial-level People’s Committees on registration fee rates applied in localities;
This Circular takes effect from July 1, 2023, to the end of December 31, 2023.
