JOB DESCRIPTION
The Associate shall assist Partners/Lawyer to carry out professional legal works including:
- Updating legal documents related to consulting services of the firm;
- Researching, drafting, and reviewing contracts, documents for Clients;
- Preparing legal opinions/advice/memo as requested by Clients;
- Assisting Partners/Lawyers to handle licensing procedures, M&A transactions, litigation cases at court or arbitration (commercial, contractual, labour, administrative disputes).

JOB REQUIREMENT
- Hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Law in Vietnam or overseas;
- Good command of written and spoken English;
- Have at least 02 years or more of legal work experience in the areas of Business law, Labour, Taxation, Corporate and M&A, Litigation,…;
- Have a strong sense of responsibility, confident, morally upright, cautious and highly motivated;
- Able to work under a high-pressure environment, and having the ability to work independently and follow through on tasks until completed;
- Adequate skills in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
- Candidates who have completed Lawyer Professional Training Course, obtained practicing license and joined a bar association is preferred.
