COLLABORATING WITH COOPERATION CENTRE FOR LAWYER TRAINING ON INTERNATIONAL TRADE – JUDICIAL ACADEMY

On September 21, 2024, Lawyer Vu Thi Thu Ha was invited by the Cooperation Centre for Lawyer Training on International Trade – Judicial Academy to conduct training lessons on “Rules of Professional Ethics and Conduct of Vietnamese Lawyers”. This is one of the first lessons to help students grasp the general and specific rules regarding the lawyers’ ethical obligations and conduct in client relationships, and to equip them with skills to handle specific situations in providing legal services.

The Judicial Academy, where Lawyer Ha conducts the training and sharing practical experience of lawyer, is a public education institution under the Ministry of Justice, responsible for judicial training and fostering all judicial titles and training lawyers in particular.
