Established in 2014, ATS Lawyers is a Vietnam-based law firm which has extended its practice and influence globally, particularly in the areas of international business and immigration law. The team also acts in the areas of investment, corporate/M&A HR management, taxation and litigation. Over many years of operation, we have

Grant Thornton Vietnam is an independent member firm of Grant Thornton International, one of the world’s leading independent audit, tax and advisory firms. Grant Thornton specializes in handling the financial reporting processes of public and private companies in accordance with accounting, financial and regulatory developments. Its clients range from public companies, foreign-invested companies and locally owned business, to NGOs and donor-funded projects. ATS Lawyers and Grant Thornton Vietnam enjoy a mutual referral relationship.

Kocham

Korea Chamber of Business in Vietnam (KORCHAM) works to promote strategic co-operative partnership in industrial infrastructure between Korea and Vietnam. KORCHAM is a platform for its members and Korean companies to share knowledge and information about themselves and their products, and to further promote trade and investment both in Korea and Vietnam. It has a strong presence in Vietnam, as many Korean companies expand and establish operations in this jurisdiction. ATS Lawyers has expressed its eagerness to assist Korean clients, and KORCHAM has agreed to promote the firm amongst its members.

Incham

(INCHAM) was established over 20 years ago with the objectives of strengthening ties between Indian businesses and the Vietnamese authorities, promoting economic and business relations between Vietnam and India, and acting as the focal point of the Indian community in Vietnam. It plays an active role in promoting two-way trade between the two countries, and has over 130 members in sectors such as IT, pharmaceuticals, oil and natural gas, banking, and real estate. Mrs Vu Thi Thu Ha – ATS Lawyers’ managing partner, is appointed to INCHAM’s executive board
ATS Lawyers is determined to co-operate and collaborate with other national and international organizations in the future.

Australasian Dispute Resolution Centre (ADRC) was established by a team of experienced lawyers who are successful practitioners and trainers in alternative dispute resolution. Their services are worldwide but have a particular focus on Australia and the Asia Pacific region. ADR Centre’s aim is to assist in resolving disputes by addressing the real issues in dispute privately and cost-effectively. ATS Lawyers and ADRC co-operate to develop mediation in Vietnam.

Word meditation

Mediation Organization (WMO) is a premium network of global mediation centers present in 42 countries, providing services in conflict management and education through its network of scholars and professionals. WMO’s aim is to create solutions to conflicts and tensions created by individuals, states and organizations. ATS Lawyers is keen to promote a culture of effective dispute resolution and is serious in adopting ADR methods. As a step in this direction, we have in our senior ranks an academic expert who is also a WMO local lecturer and District Manager. We are available to mediate cases of all kinds, be they local or international: including commercial/contractual, corporate governance, banking and employment disputes.
