WARNING: IMPERSONATION OF ATS LAW FIRM

ATS LAW FIRM (hereinafter referred to as “ATS”) would like to extend our sincere gratitude to our clients and partners for your continued trust, support, and selection of our legal consulting services over the past years.
Recently, ATS has received information regarding individuals and/or organizations impersonating ATS, ATS’s lawyers, ATS’s personnel to approach clients and provide false information for the purpose of committing fraudulent acts or engaging in activities showing signs of legal violations.
In order to protect our client’s legitimate rights and interests, prevent actions that may cause harm to clients, and safeguard ATS’s reputation and credibility, we would like to officially notify that:
- ATS only provides legal advisory services through our lawyers and personnel who have entered into labor contracts with the firm. All advisory activities, work-related communications, and transactions regarding legal services are conducted via ATS’s official communication channels, including email addresses with the “@atslegal.vn” domain and the contact information publicly disclosed on the Company’s official website at: https://atslegal.vn/;
- ATS does not undertake, approve, or participate in any legal service activities that are non-transparent or in violation of Vietnamese law;
- All agreements for legal advisory services with ATS shall only be made after having official discussions with ATS which clearly informing clients of the scope of work and service fees, both parties signing a legal services contract, and ATS issuing a value-added tax (VAT) invoices for the received fees in accordance with Vietnamese law.
Given the increasing cases involving the impersonation of lawyers and law firms, ATS strongly recommends that our Clients and Partners:
- Carefully verify the identity of any contacting individual before providing information or carrying out any financial transactions;
- Proactively contact ATS through its official channels to verify the authenticity of any information or any person claiming to be a lawyer or representative of ATS when there is any doubt.
